For over 8 years, I have been learning to build products as a Programmer, Project Leader, Co-Founder of a Startup, and Product Manager. 3. Provided user stories which has value score. I'm using RICE, MoSCoW, Value vs Effort, Frequency vs Impact for prioritizations.

2. Collaborating with stakeholders and CEO using Lean Canvas as a tool for mapping problems vs values.
3. Prioritization? Previously I used T-Shirt sizes (S,M,L,XL), but currently I am using MoSCoW method. Next? Maybe Kano model. :)
4. Facilitating Development Team for tasks prioritization (using Values vs Effort method), deciding the Sprint goals, and trying the best to achieve Sprint goals.

1. Got 200K+ downloaders in 7 months.
2. Got users satisfaction 4.9 of 5 stars on Google Play and 4.6 in Appstore during 6 months.
3. Reached 98% crash FREE on the Android version app and 94% on iOS version app.

My responsibilities are:
1. Owning user stories, product backlog, and definition of done.
2. Providing user stories which has value score. I'm using T-shirt size (S,M,L,XL) for prioritizing. While prioritizing user stories, there are 4 criteria (user growth, UI/UX, revenue, and operations) which used for relating to value score.
3. Collaborating with C levels and other teams about values which will be implemented on our services.
4. Getting feedback from user's perspective.
5. Researching costumer's needs and potential market.
6. Analyzing data for transactions, lost power banks, and users behavior.
7. Coaching Scrum or any Agile frameworks to higher levels, development team, and others.
8. Mentoring team to become a self-organized team.
9. Have responsibility for creating and monitoring budget.
10. Monitoring Transaction, New User vs Recurring Users, and other metrics in order to improve our services.

With more than 4 years experience as a co-founder and Head of PMO, I learned many things in human resources, general affair, market analysis, project management, and business development.
Moreover, while my on-the-job experience has afforded me balanced skill set. Including decision-making abilities and problem solving. Some of my experiences while I ran this startup:
1. Provided and developed user interface and experience of liteBIG Messenger app from scratch.

3. Managed more than 20 employees in Indonesia.
